As a Product Design Manager for The Shib, the official magazine of the Shiba Inu ecosystem, I have played a crucial role in coordinating and managing the overall visual and content strategy. Here are the key aspects of my contributions:
- Weekly Coordination: I oversee the weekly coordination of articles and visuals, organizing a team of illustrators and graphic designers to ensure timely and high-quality content delivery.
- Website Development: Collaborating closely with the development team, I led the creation of the magazine's website, delivering both the initial release and an improved version to establish a strong foundation and continuous enhancement.
- Cover Design: Each week, I design the magazine covers, conceptualizing an anime Japan theme that resonates with the Shiba Inu brand.
Team Leadership: I coordinate the design team in producing engaging launch videos for the magazine, enhancing our promotional efforts.
- NFT Collaboration: Working with the development team, I manage the weekly creation and release of NFTs, offered for free to our readers as a value-added component.
- Logo Creation: I designed the official “The Shib” logo, establishing a strong visual identity for the magazine.​​​​​​​
